By overthinking you waste your time. Overthinking is like a swamp. It becomes very difficult to get out of it. The more you overthink, the faster you will get into the Swamp This overthinking will disturb your mind and you will start getting stressed, you will always start having negative thoughts and I am telling you all this because earlier I too used to overthink and used to spend all my time in Thinking So today I want to tell you how to reduce overthinking. I want to share my personal ideas. I hope you guys like my tips. Before that, I want to tell you what overthinking actually is.

What is Overthinking?

Overthinking means thinking more about a topic or event, thinking about it for a longer period of time. When we start thinking too much, our mind finds it difficult to focus on anything else, whereas some people believe that It can also be helpful to think too much because it involves addressing issues or One has to look at the problem in almost every possible way and predict future events.But the opposite is true, sometimes overthinking can lead to things that may go wrong when we give our presentation next week.Finding ways to stop overthinking can help us take action in our lives rather than just…
